Client: NYSE-listed manufacturer
Turnover: $2B
Role: C-level technology implementation leader, as an independant consulting contractor
Description: Remediated a $12M ERP implementation program that was $2M over budget and four months behind schedule.
SAP implementation program at this $2B manufacturer suffered from poor implementation partner management,
high cost, slipped timelines and lost credibility with the C-level executive group. Conducted on-site crash program
that drove greater executive involvement, deployed a change management leader, instigated selection of plant site
super-users, streamlined configuration change process, recommended staff changes, and drove resolution of data
conversion and cutover issues.
Outcome: Recommendations were executed and reviewed which the CFO relied upon to approve final go-live decision.
Program got back on track and the confidence that my involvement instilled in the team ensured program success.
