Description: Managed the $4.5M nine-country Asia Pacific ERP implementation project for
Solutia (formerly Monsanto's Chemical Division). Initially performed the technology selection
and then led the resultant US$4.5M ERP (SAP) implementation in nine Asia Pacific
countries (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, India)
for this US-based multi-national chemicals company.
Outcome: The project exceeded client expectations by providing a multi-national SAP solution
which seamlessly integrated with the US-based SAP implementation. The Singapore-based team
include client leadership and consultants from five different nationalities. It was delivered
on time and on budget.
