Role: C-level process/strategy leader, as an independent consulting contractor
Description: Led process design and operational strategy development for a private equity start-up in Russia. Was retained
by a US-based PE fund for 7 months to lead process development for a start-up operation in Russia formed by direct investment
in over 140,000 hectares of agricultural property. Engaged with the executive officer group based in Moscow and each of the
five managing directors of the regional farming operations to formulate new processes in the areas of property acquisition, GPS technology,
finance, logistics, farming operations, and human resources.
Outcome: Significant operational and organizational changes were made based on the guidance provided to support
a growth plan to over 290,000 hectares in two years.
