Role: C-level technology implementation leader, while a Partner at IBM/PWC
Description: Organized and managed all aspects of a complete system integration project for an international high tech start-up. Company was the first wafer fab in Malaysia. As IBM's most senior program manager in South Asia, organized complex pursuit, sale and program budget. Led all aspects (C-level relationships, management, finances, delivery, and technology) of this 18 month multi-phase program to implement SAP ERP with IBM's shop floor solutions. The program deployed a 50+ consultant team from seven countries.
Outcome: Delivered three phases of the $30M dollar project with a high level of customer satisfaction. Completed first-of-kind engagement which became a new global qualification for the IBM Corporation.
