Description: Acted as Program Executive in Asia for this global $1B information technology integration and outsourcing program. Managed the Asian executive client relationship and held full responsibility for all services delivery and multiple plant systems implementations including operations in Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Japan and Australia. The Asian revenue component of this contract exceed US$ 70 Million at an annual rate exceeding $20 million. While acting in this capacity, developed an internal governance model for the program in Asia, filling key roles with qualified professionals from various geographies.
